Are you creating the life that you are meant to live with joy?

Awaken your Senses with Scentsible Yoga as we use Young Living Essential Oils on our Chakras. The workshop will start with a Yoga and Sound Healing Session that will be a deep sensory experience designed to take you out of your daily grind to meet your true self.

After a break, we will continue to discuss our experience and learn practical ways to use the Chakras as our guide to support our everyday life.

About Lee Yen:

Lee Yen Anderson creates sacred spaces for soul-level connections, empowering her students to find their voice to live joyfully while creating the life they are meant to experience. She teaches internationally at retreats, workshops and classes.

Her Yoga classes uses Young Living Essential Oils as a means of tapping into our sensorial realm to liberate our energy flow through our chakras in order to awaken our spirit and as a path to presence.

Lee Yen believes that the heart is the bridge connecting a life of abundance on this Earth to a life lived in Harmony with and reverence for Ourselves, all Living Beings, Nature and Universal Consciousness/Divine Love. It is the center from which manifestation and liberation is cultivated.

About Bong Lau:

Through music, Bong Lau shares his love of life and the world.  He started learning music as a way to open his voice, to speak and sing as a practice for when it is hard to say what is timely and necessary.  Though this process, music has become a central focus for Bong to cultivate creativity and joy in many parts of his life.

Bong will lead you through a journey of sound with the usage of his voice and musical instruments such as the guitar, drum, gong, harmonica, rattle, and flute. This sound journey will be a time for you to deeply receive and allow the vibrations to engage your body, heart, and mind.

Because music has been so integral in his own healing, Bong’s intention for this offering is to share this vibration in order to cultivate peace and harmony in his community.

This is a class for the community of Visitacion Valley, organized by Sasanna Yee, a recipient of the 2019 San Francisco Peacemaker Awards.

Sasanna Yee, a San Francisco Visitacion Valley native, launched her Peace in the Southeast project to transform “hurt into love”. Motivated by the violent assault on her 88-year-old grandmother, Sasanna has been inspirational in creating racial unity and healing spaces in Visitacion Valley and beyond. Now her life’s mission, Peace in the Southeast has rippled throughout many community spaces and neighborhoods in the southeast corner of San Francisco.

A suggested donation of $15-$35 for the facilitators would be much appreciated.
